Meet Blake Prime

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Blake grew up excelling in the classroom and on the athletic field. After graduating from Hoover High School with a 4.0 and a 3 sport athlete (2000 Football State Champion), Blake went on to play football at UAB (University of Alabama at Birmimgham) where he was a 4 year letter winner and a member of the first bowl team in school history in 2004 (Sheraton Hawaii Bowl). Blake graduated with a 4.0 in biology with a minor in exercise science and business in 2006. After graduation he went on to earn his MBA from UAB in 2009. 

Blake has spent the last 20 years in the fitness industry helping start and operate Godspeed, a training facility that built better outcomes for individuals in the areas of fitness, sport performance, and physical therapy. Godspeed was one of the leading brands in the industry in the Southeast.  In July of 2023 God called Blake away from Godspeed and into the arena of remote wellness training.  Blake founded Primed For Life Training, a ministry devoted to helping men with accountability in the areas of Faith, Fitness, and Fuel, bridging the gap between spiritual fitness and physical fitness. Blake has a true passion for serving.  Whether teaching at church, speaking for The Man Church, or helping people on their own wellness journey, Blake's passion is rooted in our call to serve others as we are called to do.
