How do I know if it will work for me?

I cannot guarantee results. However, if your goals are well-being, performance and longevity, I’ve coached enough people to know that, if the effort and motivation is there, the results will follow. Improving your daily disciplines in the areas of Faith, Fitness, and Fuel will allow you to make major gains in your spiritual and physical muscles!

What commitment is required?

I require a 6-month minimum time frame. That is the minimum time for us to see quality results in performance, your body, and mental focus and clarity. Many will see results sooner, but 6 months is required. The average client has stayed for 12 months, but many choose to stay for years. We are looking for total transformation, not just a quick fix.

What is included in coaching?

I offer nutrition plans and recommendations, training plans, and overall wellness coaching. The type of diet recommendations and training plans will differ based on each individual’s desires and needs. It is important to have a faith-based understanding of the connection between the mind and body, so I provide daily scripture and devotion, weekly prayer calls, and weekly bible study opportunities. You will communicate daily with me via text as well as weekly or biweekly check in phone calls or zoom calls. Beyond our text email, and zoom calls, you will have access to me via WhatsApp if there are questions about eating or training as you go.

How much does it cost?

There is a mid-three-figure commitment per month with a 6-month minimum, and the price will vary based on needs. If that sounds jarring, you can put off the cost of coaching now. Just consider the $1000s of dollars in health care costs and medical bills many pay later… not to mention the prescription medication costs. We invest in all sorts of stuff, but rarely do we consider investing in the very foundation upon which all of life is laid: our bodies. For businesses and non-profits, I suggest those enterprises invest in their workers and include these costs as a part of their investment in their employees like they do retirement and insurance.
